🔁 Returns

At EMBEYON, we want every purchase to feel right. You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

✅ Return Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required
  • An unboxing/opening video is mandatory, recorded from the moment the package is opened and clearly showing the product and any issue

No unboxing video = No eligibility for refund or replacement.
This policy helps us prevent transit fraud and ensures fair resolution.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
  • Customised or made-to-order products
  • Electrical items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or wear & tear
🛠️ Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos/videos along with the mandatory unboxing video. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by WhatsApp/SMS or email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Refunds usually reflect within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🏷️ Sale or Discounted Items

Sale or discounted items are refundable, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

🚚 Return Shipping
  • If the item is damaged or defective, EMBEYON covers return shipping
  • For all other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for damaged or defective items and are subject to product availability.
