How do I change the shipping address or contact number after ordering?

You can update your details through the My Orders section, only if the order hasn't been shipped. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.

Where can I track my order?

Track your order through your account dashboard. For guest checkouts, use the Track Order page with your Order ID and email address.

Can I cancel my order before it’s shipped?

Yes. Please submit a request via our Contact Page. Once confirmed, your cancellation will be processed within 24–48 business hours.

What if I want to cancel after the order is shipped?

In this case, you may refuse delivery. Once the product is returned to us, your refund will be processed within 48 business hours.
Kindly note, if you choose to cancel the order after confirming, the shipping charges will be your responsibility since dispatch is done only upon your approval.
